About UB Freight

UB Freight is a full-service freight forwarding company with our head office in Auckland, New Zealand alongside three branches in Fiji with a further presence in Australia, China and Samoa.

The journey of UB Freight began 17 years ago in May 2001 in a garage in South Auckland. Having recently immigrated from Fiji the original UB team used their connections in the freight industry to negotiate wholesale airfreight rates normally reserved for business customers only. They then passed these rates on to friends and family to helping them to send goods and gifts back home to Fiji. Hence the name UB standing for Unaccompanied Baggage.
